Berlin-based trio Ether Drift is working on its own unique interpretation of improvised music. Like rivulets coalescing towards the open sea, the three musicians create a contemporary music informed by currents of folk musics, blues, and odd experimentalisms. A peculiar music of the now – atmospheric, dense, associative, and cinematic.
